WESTLIFE & Joe Cocker joins Maroon 5. ( Dubai Concerts )


I really love how the guys who are responsible about bringing the bands to Dubai got a good taste and variety about the bands! they bring the olds and the new as well, like Joe Cocker. Even though i dont know him well or even familiar with his songs, but after reading about him he is a major player in the music industry. “i`ll go through his music later on…”

A glimpse about Joe:

He released 21 studio and four live albums. His unmistakable bluesy soul voice is a musical trademark in its own right. He sold millions of records and had massive hit singles all over the world. He is a Grammy, Golden Globe and Academy Award winning artist. He even received an OBE. Without any doubt, Joe Cocker is not only a true music legend but one of the most successful and popular singers of the last four decades.

The real surprise for me was WESTLIFE! they are one of my favorite bands, they are good specially in the slow romantic, heartbreaking songs. and thats why i`m NOT planning to attend their concert ;D

God Vs Demons ‘OR’ Black Vs White?! “Guitarist”

Most of you know that i like music and admire it so darn much! Specially the 80`s rock and roll and the early 90`s. Thats what i cal a real real ROCK `N ROLL music and i`m pretty sure that a lot of you may agree with me, and some “teenager” will disagree :D

I have something in mind but i dont how to spell it out! its may be racist or maybe not, but believe me its the way it is and i got nothing to do with it at all. So i`m going to categorize the guitarist as the following: Black and White. yep you heard me, black and white! Gods of the blues & jazz “guitaring” and the crazy demons and Satan from the hell gates. I think you figure it out already about what i`m talking about! :D

I love them all and adore every note they produce, i can hear to them jamming all day long and i prefer a live performance it always brings the best in the singer and the band! P.S: i think they always high! cause they are so damn GOOD! Again, i`m not a biased and i love them all, its just depend what my mood like the most.

These are some names that i`m familiar with, Eric in both of them cause he is a God and a demon and in some way i see him as a black dude when he teams up with B.B King! he is that good. i know there is like tens other guitarist that really deserve a lot of recognition and if you have something in your mind please mail me!

Do you know whats the funny part in this post! while i`m writing about all these guitarist and what they can do i`m listening to country music, “Zac Brown Band” to be specific :D

So after all, guitarist at the 80`s are way much better than any one else… they have the best song, vocals and lyrics and maybe some good looks. Please tell me who is your favorite guitarist share with us whats in your mind. :~)

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World “Movie Review”

I heard about this movie via Twitter and how its got something similar to Kick-Ass movie. So i decided to watch it.

Since the very beginning of the movie with the production company`s logo “Universal” and the music that came with it, i sensed something cool! you say how?! i say it refer to the good old video games… and thats a tiny spoiler from me :D

I`m not gonna tell you what the movie is all about or give you a hint as well. You just do what i did and just watch it without knowing what its all about, you will love it.this movie is highly recommended to watch, enjoyable and worth to watch if you didnt like it at least! but for me I LOVED IT!

My rating 8/10

 

SPOILER!!!

This movie is SICK and in non-sick ways, i really really loved it! the acting by the actor i called the “Dummy creature” Michael Cera is one hick of an actor and that part fits him perfectly! just watching that movie and not knowing what its all about is actually the fun part! not knowing that this guy must fight the exes of his girl friend to win her heart and they all have super powers or something like that!

What i really love is the fight scenes, they are really a masterpiece!! how they can make it look like an old video game with all the scores above them and the coins, and the hits with the effects coming out from them… the KO and the final round…etc.

Its a simple yet a GREAT movie that old video gamers will dig it A LOT! well direction, acting and effects. This movie really really worth your to watch. and its not a waste of time.

You may say what`s wrong with you Saad writing this post! well, i`m fine and wrote this with my own will! :D

Everyone of us got a crush or maybe a little bit of love for some celebrity from time to time, and if you say you don’t have any you are a big fat lair. Some of you may even fantasize about some other celebrity as well! again dont say you don’t :D

Ever since i was a young teenager i had a crush on some actresses that really really empress me with their looks and acting and lets be honest, their amazing amazing looks and body… So what i`m gonna do now is to list my celebrities sex list just to share it with you and for a future references in case i got married so my wife will NOT argue with me if i ran into one of these angels. Future wife you have been warned and notified ;P

Well, i love English persons a lot, they have something on me i really dont know what it is! maybe their accents! maybe their eyes! maybe just because they are simply Brits! i just adore them… lets start and stop with the silly talks shall we…

I dont mind the age at all! look at her! she is always a beauty with her smile and her tiny little nose. I mean the new nose at least :)

I loved her since 1994, the time when Friends Tv show started! her eyes, her lips and her face with that hair!! i`ll let the rest for you to figure it out…

What i love about her is her cold attitude and her face! and of course her lips as well. she is so darn good with the red color… :)

 

2- Keira Knightley
One thing about her that attract me to her, her face`s bone structure! its PERFECT! cheeks, nose, lips, chin and the eyes!

 

 

1- Elizabeth Hurley
The first and the longest crush EVER! and its still on.. its for this British Goddess! HER EYES what got me, her bone structure is the best i`ve ever seen. She is old but she`s gold, she is one of the celebrities that got hot by getting old! i just love her, and i hope to met with her more than any other celebrity.

This is my list, there is a lot of other women literally should get into this list but i choose these very carefully because “lets be honest” its a pure physically attraction :~)

Drive Angry. “Movie Review”

Every time i see Nicolas Cage with his long blond hair i remember the lead singer in Nickelback “Chad Kroeger” but this time in this movie i really really can see the resemblance and its really noticeable :D

I love every picture that contain the name “Nicolas Cage” you may say why!? i say simple, his connection to the classic cars! in this movie he drive Charger 1969 SRT! Damn that car is so damn sexy, whether its the look or the …. Nah its just the look! *Grrr* and he also drive another classic car i`ll let you discover it while u watch that movie!

If you read about it then you may say its typical Cage`s movie! but No! watch it and you will like it! Not because cage`s performance actually BUT because “William Fichtner” this Actor is really really GOOD! he can act and his part in this movie add a lot to it!

SPOILER!!!

Well, i`m a huge fan of Cage, i love all his movies and his face as well! he got some attitude and some face expression that make me go WOW! in this movie there is a lot of that moments.
The movie talks about a man that break lose from a “prison” to avenge his daughter`s death. If you saw the movie you may notice a little bit of direction mistakes and the lack of good directions but Cage`s snappy comment in the scripts really made the mistakes go away! for me at least :D

My Rating: 7/10

Maroon 5 Live In Dubai.

Dubai oh i love you so freaking much!! and Abu Dhabi too! Now they are introducing Maroon 5 to perform for us here in the Middle East. They will perform at Dubai World Trade Centre Arena in April 21st 2011.
