Yanni Concert @ Burj Park, Dubai. “Review”

THIS IS IT PEOPLE, YANNI`s CONCERT REVIEW…
I`m still exited even if the concert were like 2 days ago, simply because the amazing amazing amazing and lovely set they have arranged for the whole concert. The location was near the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa, do i need to say anything else about the location!? Yanni and a fountain and a romantic place like this!! i couldn’t dream of this event even in my other life or my dreams!! Even Yanni in one part stopped talking and said about the fountain: Its awesome, i want to watch it… he kept saying that and couldn’t complete what he was saying due the beautiful lines of the fountains. He was thrilled about the set and so darn are we.

Excuse my every details about this concert, but i promised some friend to be specific :)…

He started the concert at exactly 10:00pm, the whole orchestra were with him, i know that because “Hazim” our friend is a YANNI`s wikipedia!! i was thrilled to know that. I didn’t recognize a lot of his piece of arts, but the every note he or the guys with him hit, are a pleasure to your ear, literally.

They sang marching seasons & The storm, these 2 means the world to me! and oh my god the Burj Khalifa lightening with the Storm was a master piece, words can’t even describe it nether do the videos believe me!!

* When he came back to the stage he announce that he will definitely come back here next year!! Prepare your self people from NOW, and don’t say i didn’t tell you about it!! :D

I literally can’t describe anything else by words, i`ll let the videos do the rest even though i`m far from the stage but they do justice just by listening to the song alone! so here you go guys, these goes to you all…

Craig David @ N`DULGE. “Review”

So lets talk about Craig David shall we…
The event been held at the N`DULGE club at The Atlantis. The club is so awesome people i tell you its just awesome, i`m making it one of my favorite spots in Dubai after that night, the main reason for that is the three awesome Djs that playing a great mix through the 3 separate floors and rooms!!”The picture above is for the entrance of the club, its on the floor by the way not on the ceiling. :D”So we came early like around 9:30pm, stayed and had a blast till 12am when we went to take a spot to see Craig perform. He started at 12:30 till 1:30 and took a break for almost 20 minutes, after that he take control on the Dj mixer and lead the mixing process, he is goooooood. He lead this process also for another hour till he left at 2:30-ish. The videos i captured are not that good because the bass was so damn high that you can’t hear him sing good, i`m sorry for that cause i`ll only show you a couple of pictures :) … And i ran into him when he was walking out of the club, he gave me the thumbs up and a smile when i shouted thank you CRAIG! Amazing night indeed.

* There is a girl he pulled to dance with him, she was extremely hot and she really can shake what here mama gave here, why i brought this up!? well i just wanted to tell you that she kissed him, yep she did. After the song he shared with her, he express how happy he is for that kiss haha :D

Between Abu Dhabi & Dubai Trip…

So here i`m on the flight back home, writing about my trip to Dubai. I already told you about the Metallica concert in the last post and the problem with not updating you on the regular bases was that i dont have an internet connection at first and second, i reach the hotel at night dead tired literally!!

This post start when we went back to Dubai after the awesome and SWEET 2 night at the Yas Hotel. I give it 10/10. Period.

The great service, the great and friendly staff, the awesome and amazing building and awesome structure and of course the incredible view from your own room. I definitely recommend it with out no doubt. Just pay more and you`ll not regret it at all. ( Mark, If you are reading this, THANK YOU for everything. )

The first thing we did is to grab us a tickets to Yanni`s concert At Burj Park since its all sold out after like 2 weeks from announcing the event!!

We called the organizers “m4events” and LUCKY us we been told that they have a gold seats available, so after confessing them that we are on our way to take the tickets, they agreed to hold them for us. I literally went nuts when i hold the tickets on my hand, now my mind can be on rest!

I also got a ticket to Craig David Dj party at the N`DULGE! I was really really lucky for having these tickets at the last time, and thank God, THANK GOD, i managed to attend them both!!!

I just dont want to bother you more with every details about what i did or did not!! lets start the review for each one of them shall we!!? ;)

The Review You`ve Been Waiting For, Metallica Concert At Yas Island, Abu Dhabi.

I`m NOT gonna bother you what me and my friend did before standing for the lines for the concert, i know you are dying for the review, pictures and videos for the concert! with no further due, here we go…

We went to the Arena at 4pm exactly, there were unexpected people were waiting for the line to access first and to be honest i was a little bit mad for not being there earlier cause honestly i didn’t expect anyone to be there!! Any how, we waited with them till about 5, 5:30 and here comes the management, and what they did!? They rearrange the whole lines and made a new one and our pushed back and thrown to the left and people passing us with out us knowing. That made us stay at the back and wait to enter a little bit later.
For that we missed the front row in the middle, but we took the front row on the right and actually it turn out to be excellent as well since there was a microphone set to be in front of us. Where james perform couple of chapter from couple of songs, and my luck is, one of them turn to be “Sad But True” one of my favorite song :)

So the picture above show you were actually i was standing, in FRONT of the mic. Also Robert & kirk perform in front of us, damn i went to the cloud number 9 at that moments, LITERALLY!!

They perform a lot of awesome song, i`ll name what i recall: Sad but true, nothing else matters, fuel, sand man, Am i evil!?, master of puppets, of wolf and man and the intro was the beautiful and amazing, its an art of piece and it is “Ecstasy Of Gold”… and they sang other songs i really can’t recall at all, so sorry about that guys.

What i really was happy and excited about is that James & Lars were really really happy about the crowd, and the crowd was freakishly awesome!! they know every lyrics to each song and thats why people the middle east ROCKS :D

At the end Lars said that they will see them really really soon, i was so freaking HAPPY to hear that. The crowd did a well done job. And i thank them for an awesome night, unforgettable night too…

The amazing thing that happened to me is that I GOT LARS` DRUMS STICK when he throw it to us, MAN I`m SO so SOOO happy right now and i`m truly thankful for that :) “If you don’t know who is Lars, he is one of the guys who founded and create the awesome band”.

And Thats it folks, thats the night i`ve been waiting for almost a year or so, and dying to attend since i knew about it in september!! Definitely, definitely a night to f**king remember, I`m so so thankful at this moment. Thanks to God and to all of the people who made my day at the queue today and also to Flash Entertainment for this OUTSTANDING achievement :)

First day overview of the trip to Yas Island. “Metallica Trip”

Hey guys and gals, i promised to update you with the trip to Metallica concert and whats come around with it. Well, nothing much happened today. We arrived at the Hotel “The Yas Hotel” and the reception were way over whelming with their welcoming, they really nice and friendly to the extreme!!

To be honest, the hotel exceed my expectation. I really really loved it, the location to the arena is awesome and the room are unbelievably amazing with all that technology inside it! There is even a wi-fi across the hotel free of charge so u can roam the hotel corners with the internet with you where ever you go.

We checked in at 2:30 pm, after that we refreshed our self for almost an hour then we took a long long walk around the hotel and Ferrari World and also the ‘must to go to’ the arena it self. When i was there i heard some drums and also some guitars and someone talking! turned out that they are preparing the stage for the big night tomorrow. I took some pictures for the gate and also the guys inside preparing for the concert and stuff.

We wanted to go to Ferrari World and the KartZone, but unfortunately they were close for maintenance every Monday! So that was a huge bummer for us! Instead we went to the Marina Mall and had early lunch and did some shopping and back to the hotel.
Back in the hotel, we went to the 9th floor, exactly to the “SkyLite” Bar. The view and the lightning were amazing, amazing, amazing… i really loved the change of the colors every couple of seconds, i definitely recommend you to give that place a visit and sit there and enjoy a cold orange juice or what you want to drink.

What i loved deeply is that when we arrived at 7pm to our room, we found that they closed the curtains and make our bed ready to sleep on and they put the breakfast menu on our beds and also they put a bottle of water on the tables near our beds. I really really loved them for that, really felt i`m at home.. That were the highlights of our day, we had a lot of fun especially roaming around Yas Island…

I tried to add a lot of pictures but the internet connection here is kinda slow for uploading stuff, so i`ll just leave you with the first picture than i promise you a lot of pictures when i`m back home “God Willing”.

Greeting from 10,000 meter height. On route to Dubai.

So here I’m starting a post 10000 meter above the sea level, on a ground speed of 865kph, outside temperature of -43c. On “Fly Dubai” airlines trying them for the first time for a change and because I didn’t find a good timing on “Jazeera airways” that suit me so I decided to give them a try.
Heading to Dubai airport and from there I’m going to Abu Dhabi, Yas Island. Staying their for the next 2 days for the concert of course and for Ferrari world and the F1 circuit as well. It’s gonna be one hell of a speedy trip with a little bit of rocky nights ;D
This is a pre-post been written from the plane and published on the first moment my iPad connected to any kind of wi-fi !!!
Stay tuned for more and more news on the concert and if any thing interested is happening around us!! And of course expect a full report about the concert once it’s done, can’t wait to share it with you guys and girls.

Middle East Film & Comic Con STILL scheduled For The Last Quarter Of 2011.

I heard a rumor from someone telling me that some reliable source told him that the festival is postponed for April 2012!! Yet there were nothing said anything on their website or their Facebook page!!
So i emailed them and told them the story, i got the new folks, its on the same schedule, the last quarter of 2011!!! And they told that they are waiting confirmations from various Sponsors, Guests and Companies. And they need to reach an agreeable date.

So i`m praying and crossing my fingers that the dates are in a good time and they do bring who they can bring and what they can do!! I`m really excited about this and i can’t wait for their announcement. Stay tuned guys for more details when we have them…

Daigo Umehara “The Beast” The World`s Greatest Street Fighter Player Visit Kuwait. “Exclusive Review”

Yep he is in town Wohooo… I`m not into gaming that much, but when a friend push me to attend this event i said well, why not!? The champion is here and it would be nice to meet him and take pictures and sign couple of things too.
Thats what happened actually and it turns to be one of the best thing ever in Kuwait!! The guys there were awesome and full of enthusiasm and fun, literally they are full of fun. They love games and love a good hang out and talking. Thats definitely a good event to go to, games and a lovely lovely gathering over 80 person!!

We start the line to get our signature and picture with him, i took a lot of pictures for him and almost every one else “Just keeping an archive” :D .. After that he went and rest for a little bit and he came to the hall with a lot a lot of cheering and shouting for him, he was happy from the smiles on his face, he practiced for maybe 15 minutes and then the rumble began…
Almost 60 person were on the line to play with him, only 3 won!! Yeah thats right only 3, and the guys are pro gamers too but not as good as the world`s greatest after all !! But those 3 guys who won really won it amazingly, they give a nice and technical fight, really knew when to attack, block or do a super attack. I really enjoyed their fights to a point i was screaming and shouting as well :D

The fight of the night goes to Yousif, you say why!? the fight ended by a “double K.O” Amazing amazing fight, so nerve racking to be honest. They gave him a rematch and he lost, but he played well.
Daigo played with all of the 60 person without any rest at all, he is truly a freaking champion. He is humble, nice and to a clean player as all the guys there say so.

I really really had fun there, screaming, shouting and videos game regarding fights. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G.

iOS 5 Tech Talk World Tour 2011.

Don’t you hate when you receive an email about a cool and awesome events regarding something you really enthusiast about and you know with 90% that you can’t attend it at all!!
I got this e-mail from the developer team at Apple to invite the developer for an amazing opportunity to learn all about iOS 5 and programing, UI, app architecture, iCloud storage, openGL, and a lot of other technics that help you develop your app from the expert in this area.

9 awesome cities, amazing tour that i would die to attend one city of them, hopefully!! If you are registered with Apple as a developer go and sign up with a city you know u can attend it! Don’t miss talking to the expert and to chat about what might help you along with your apps in the future.
